你確定自己是用正確的步驟在操作活性炭強度測定儀？

 　　活性炭強度測定儀是按照家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB/T7702.3-2008《煤質(zhì)顆?；钚蕴吭囼灧椒◤姸鹊臏y定》，由本公司研制的非標(biāo)檢測儀器。它適用于煤質(zhì)顆?；钚蕴繌姸鹊臏y定，也適用于木質(zhì)活性炭分炭型強度的測定。
 
　　結(jié)構(gòu)原理：
　　按照規(guī)定的試驗條件，將活性炭試料置于裝有鋼的滾筒中，開啟強度測定儀，開始計時，通過滾筒的機械運動，試料被磨損，測定被破壞試料粒度的變化情況，用保留在試驗篩上的試料質(zhì)量占原試料的質(zhì)量分數(shù)，可求出活性炭試樣的強度。
 
　　活性炭強度測定儀操作步驟：
　　1、柱狀炭操作步驟：
　　a、取100g試樣，置于該品種粒度規(guī)定中zui小層篩號的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)篩中，在振篩機上篩分5min，取篩上試樣在140±10℃恒溫干燥箱中干燥至恒重。
　　b、用量筒量取50mL干燥試樣，并稱量，裝入2號鋼筒內(nèi)，放入5粒鋼，蓋緊蓋子，開動儀器，同時記時，運轉(zhuǎn)5±0.08min。
　　c、取下鋼筒，打開筒蓋,倒出鋼，將試樣移至原標(biāo)準(zhǔn)篩網(wǎng)上，于振篩機上篩分5min。
　　d、收集保留在篩層上的試樣，稱其質(zhì)量。
 
　　2、不定形顆粒炭操作步驟：
　　a、取100g試樣，置于該品種粒度規(guī)定中zui小層篩號的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)篩中，在振篩機上篩分5min，取篩上試樣在140±10℃恒溫干燥箱中干燥至恒重。
　　b、用量筒量取50mL干燥試樣，并稱量，裝入1號鋼筒內(nèi)，放入10粒鋼，蓋緊蓋子，開動儀器，同時記時，運轉(zhuǎn)5±0.08min。
　　c、取下鋼筒。
　　d、打開筒蓋,倒出鋼，將試樣移至原標(biāo)準(zhǔn)篩網(wǎng)上，于振篩機上篩分5min。
　　e、收集保留在篩層上的試樣，稱其質(zhì)量。
