DP-BT2000性能介紹

智能軸承故障測(cè)試儀DP-BT2000是種專門(mén)用于檢查旋轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)械中滾動(dòng)軸承運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)狀況的機(jī)械故障診斷儀器。設(shè)備管理維修人員利用DP-BT2000 可在個(gè)觀察周期內(nèi)檢測(cè)機(jī)器機(jī)械狀態(tài)的顯著特征,從而探測(cè)出機(jī)械故障并為有效的預(yù)防性檢修提供數(shù)據(jù)。

DP-BT2000主要能是用沖擊脈沖的方法來(lái)測(cè)量已裝機(jī)的滾珠(或滾柱)軸承的作狀態(tài)并判斷其損傷程度,從而達(dá)到以下目的:

·在機(jī)器處于良好的作狀態(tài)時(shí),避免不要的檢修

·對(duì)仍適合運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的軸承,避免常規(guī)的更換

·及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)隱患,避免事故發(fā)生和不要的停產(chǎn),有計(jì)劃地安排維修
