導(dǎo)電型號測試儀 導(dǎo)電型號檢測儀 型號：DP-STY-3

DP-STY—3型導(dǎo)電型號測試儀是嚴(yán)格按照標(biāo)GB/T1550-1997和ASTM  F42（非本征半導(dǎo)體村料導(dǎo)電類型的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)測試方法）中的熱探針及整流導(dǎo)電類型測試方法的導(dǎo)電類型鑒別儀。

本儀器熱探筆內(nèi)裝有加熱和控溫組件，自動加熱并使溫度維持在50?60℃范圍內(nèi)，冷熱探筆在半導(dǎo)體材料上產(chǎn)生的熱電動勢及整流法產(chǎn)生的電勢差經(jīng)低噪聲、低漂移的集成運算放大器放大后，用液晶顯示器件（LCD）及檢流計示型號方向。儀器靈敏度分、低兩檔，可判別大分非本征半導(dǎo)體材料型號（從阻單晶到重摻單晶）。
二、導(dǎo)電型號測試儀 導(dǎo)電型號檢測儀性能
1、可判別鍺、硅著料的電阻率范圍：
鍺：非本征鍺103～10?4Ω·cm
硅：10+4～10-4Ω·cm
經(jīng)實驗證明：在室溫情況下，熱電法對于電阻率低于1000Ω·cm的硅單晶整流法結(jié)果可靠。
2、鍺、硅單晶直徑及長度：不受限制
3、顯示方式：由顯示N和P的液晶器件直接示，同時中心刻度為零位檢流計也在示型號，針向左偏轉(zhuǎn)被測樣品為N型，針向右偏轉(zhuǎn)被測樣品為P型。
5、探針：用ASTM F42標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中建議的不銹鋼作冷熱探針材料，針尖為60℃錐體，熱筆溫度自動保持在50?60℃范圍內(nèi)，冷筆與室溫相同。整流法行選用硬質(zhì)合金作探針。
6、電源及耗：AC 220V±10%，50HZ交流供電，zui大耗（熱筆加熱狀態(tài)）小于40W，平均耗≈10W。
7、外型尺寸：370×320×110（mm）
8、重量：約 4 kg
