本儀器運用了四代集成電路、。儀器采用熱電法測量硅單晶型號，配置了可自動恒溫的熱探筆，并由液晶器件直接發(fā)顯示N、P型。

對于電阻率小于1000Ω.cm的硅片、塊都可以準(zhǔn)確地鑒定出導(dǎo)電型號。
導(dǎo)電型號測試儀 導(dǎo)電型號檢測儀 使用方法：
1、插好背板上的電源線，并與～220V插座相接；將熱筆、冷筆與面板上4芯、3芯插座相接。
2、打開儀器面板左下角的電源開關(guān)，電源示燈及熱筆加熱燈亮。10分鐘左右熱筆達到作溫度時，保溫（綠）燈亮，即可行型號測量。熱探筆隨后自動入保溫→加熱→保溫→…循環(huán)，溫度保持在40-60℃（標(biāo)及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定的溫度）。
3、將熱筆在被測單晶面上放穩(wěn)，后將冷筆點壓在單晶上，液晶顯示器即顯示型號（N或P）。
4、測量電阻率較的單晶時，請將N型調(diào)零電位器P型調(diào)零電位器調(diào)近臨界點（逆時針旋轉(zhuǎn)），以便提儀器的測量靈敏度。
5、在P型、N型顯示不穩(wěn)定時，以多次能重復(fù)的測量結(jié)果為準(zhǔn)。
6、測量時握筆的手不要與被測單晶接觸，以免人體感應(yīng)影響測量結(jié)果。
