細說在線鈉離子檢測儀的組成及安裝方法

　　在線鈉離子檢測儀是種監(jiān)測電廠凝結水、補給水、除鹽水中鈉離子含量的儀器；應用于微電子業(yè)、汽車制業(yè)及核業(yè)等域中鈉離子含量的檢測。
 
　　在線鈉離子檢測儀的組成及安裝方法：
　　組成：
　　整套儀器由臺鈉離子檢測儀主機和測量流路組成。
　　測量流路系統包括由pNa測量電、pH復合電、溫度電共同構成的測量池；水樣溢流加堿杯；標樣瓶；堿液瓶；空氣泵以及連接管路等。
　　安裝：
　　1、在安裝表盤開405×665mm方孔，將鈉表表箱鑲嵌其中。
　　2、在表箱上下邊緣與表盤配鉆四個∮6mm安裝孔，并用M5螺絲﹑螺母將表箱與表盤固定及連接。
　　3、用儀器所配的塑料軟管，通過表箱底過孔，連接到排廢水管接頭，另端連接到表盤的排水管，用于溢流和被測量水樣的排出。
　　4、用∮6乳膠管或塑料軟管，從水樣取樣端連接到儀表底的水樣入口接頭，用來將被測水樣接入儀器測量系統。
　　5、將鈉電套好O型密封圈，按鈉電位置插入測量池內，適度旋緊電套管，以不漏水為準。
　　6、將PH電套好O型密封圈，按PH電位置插入測量池內，適度旋緊電套管，以不漏水為準。
　　7、將溫度電套好O型密封圈，按溫度電位置插入測量池內，適度旋緊，以不漏水為準。
　　8、將各電插頭穿過過線孔，與監(jiān)測儀主機后面各端子連接，注意PH電和鈉電的Q9插頭不要插錯，并順時針旋轉定角度，將其鎖緊以防接觸不良。
　　9、將表盤交流電源經1A自動空氣開關與鈉表的電源端子插頭連接，確認連接無誤后插入表頭電源端子，準備調試運行。
